Floor Plans and Finishes

At Western Avenue Lofts, we have a variety of floor plans and offer many different options.  The building has a layout of columns (25’ on center) and windows that allows for efficient layout and a range of unit sizes.  With two floors of lofts available, take your time to explore the printable PDFs and find a size and orientation of unit that is the best fit for you.

Finishes

Interior Details – Sealed concrete floors, vinyl base, 3’6" x 7’ doors, finish coat ready walls (Taped, sanded and one coat of white primer), 3” thermafiber sound insulation with resilient channels and sound caulking, 14’ typical ceilings.

Electrical and Climate Control – Electrical outlets per residential code, heat-pump units with (heat and a/c) with spiral duct distribution, 40 gallon water heater, cable and internet connections.

Kitchen and Bath – in the kitchen – white lower cabinets, white laminate countertops with 4” backsplash, stainless steel top-mount single bowl sink with disposal, 30” range/oven, 32” refrigerator, 24" dishwasher.  In the bath – 12”x12” ceramic floor tile, fiberglass tub and shower combination, Kohler toilet and sink.

Common Amenities – two parking spots per loft, on site laundry room, potential for outdoor space
